Annual conference 2019

The conference 2019 will be a trilateral conference of the DVPW, ÖGPW and SVPW/ASSP. It will take place at ETH Zurich February 14-16.

You are warmly invited to submit your proposals for panels and papers at the conference website. The closing date is July 15, 2018 for panels and September 30, 2018 for papers. The website also provides additional information about the conference.

Solidarity with the CEU

The Swiss Political Science Association expresses its full solidarity with the Central European University and its deep concerns of the proposed legislative changes to the CEU’s status in Hungary.

Today, SPSA president Prof. Patrick Emmenegger has sent the following letter to the Hungarian authorities on behalf of the SPSA board.

About the SPSA

The SPSA is the pivotal research network institution of political scientists in Switzerland. The SPSA working group framework allows researchers from various subfields to meet, work together and engage in current debates of political science. Furthermore, the SPSA acts as editor of the Swiss Political Science Review (SPSR) and organizes many different events, such as the SPSA Annual Conference with numerous participants from Switzerland and other countries. Swiss Political Science Review

The Swiss Political Science Review is the most important political science journal in Switzerland. It is published on a quarterly basis at the Wiley publishing house on behalf of the SPSA.
